With over 20 years of dedicated experience in Canadian Immigration law, Parwinder Sadana, who is President of Service Links Canada Inc .(SLC), and Director of Service Links Canada (Thailand) Co. Ltd. began his practice in 2004 and has since built a distinguished career advising clients across global markets.
Parwinder has completed the Immigration Practitioner Program at the University of British Columbia, and has been continuously recognized within the industry for his expertise and professional integrity.
Throughout his career, Parwinder has been a member of key regulatory and professional bodies, including the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC) and the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). He is currently licensed under the College of Immigration & Citizenship Consultants (CICC), the official regulation authority governing immigration consultants in Canada.
Parwinder has also been awarded a fellowship by the Canadian Migration Institute (CMI), reflecting his commitment to advancing immigration knowledge, policy awareness, and ethical standards within the profession. In addition, he holds Gold Member status with the Canadian Asocial of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC) and service as a Commissioner of Oaths in British Columbia.

Vira Soekardiman is the Managing Director of Vision Solutions Canada, (VSC) a subsidiary of Vision Strategic Consulting Group, is a seasoned consultant with 20 years experience spanning financial services, technology , education, and international advisory.
As Managing Director, she leads Vision Solutions Canada (VSC) as a partner at RCIC Authorized Immigration Consultant, Service Links Canada Inc. (SLC), a Coquitlam-based immigration consultancy. Vira specializes in end-to-end guidance to individual and families pursing opportunities in Canada.
Having lived in Canada, Vira brings deep understanding of the Country’s cultural landscape, legal framework, and immigration systems, allowing her to offer personalized insights and practical advice to clients navigating the complexities of relocating to and settling in the country. This firsthand experience enables her to provide support for clients through every stage of their relocation process.
Through collaboration with Service Links Canada (SLC), Vision Solutions Canada (VSC) delivers exceptional guidance and consultancy services in immigration matters in Indonesia.
